Chesapeake Utilities CorporationCPK announced the acquisition of Marlin CNG Services to expand operations in mobile compressed natural gas (CNG) business. The buyout will enable the company to utilize customized equipment of Marlin to cater to the needs of natural gas suppliers and customers.
