Capital One Upgraded to "Overweight" at Morgan Stanley (COF)

Credit card issuer Capital One Financial Corp. ( COF ) on Friday saw its rating and price target boosted by analysts at Morgan Stanley.

The firm said it upgraded COF from "Equal Weight" to "Overweight" while lifting its price target from $50 to $60. That new target suggests a nearly 23% upside from the stock's Thursday closing price of $48.97.

Capital One shares rose 80 cents, or +1.6%, in premarket trading Friday.
