Cap-Ex Ventures 7% Higher As Announces New CEO, Forbes & Manhattan Agreement

Cap-Ex Ventures Ltd. (CEV.V) today announced that Francois Laurin has agreed to become the President, Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of the company. His appointment will be effective upon closing of the first tranche of the company's private placement.

The iron ore company also reported that it has entered into a management services agreement with Forbes & Manhattan, Inc. Cap-Ex will become a member of the Forbes & Manhattan Group of Companies and receive all of the benefits of such membership.

CEV shares are now trading at 94 cents, which is about 7% higher than Friday's 88 cents close and just 2 cents shy of day high.
