U.S. stock futures edged lower, on Friday, as investors awaited the monthly jobs data, which could offer clues on the Federal Reserve's move on interest rates.N

At 6:58 a.m. ET, Dow e-minis 1YMc1 were down 0.12% at 26,937. S&P 500 e-minis ESc1 were down 0.16% at 2,995.5, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis NQc1 were down 0.17% at 7,874.
