Vanguard High-Yield Tax-Exempt Fund ( VWAHX ) seeks maximum level of income exempt from federal income tax. VWAHX invests in medium-quality municipal bonds. VWAHX also invests in derivatives, including future and options contracts. Dividends are distributed every month and capital gains are distributed in December.
