Brazil consumer prices rise 0.23 pct in mid-August


SAO PAULO, Aug 25 (Reuters) - Brazil's IPCA-15 consumer price index rose 0.23 percent in the month to mid-August, down from 0.30 in the previous month, government statistics agency IBGE said on Tuesday.
