Wall Street's major benchmarks all opened at record highs on Wednesday as upbeat corporate earnings and higher oil prices fueled gains for a second day. Led by a record high in component stock Boeing ( BA ), the Dow Jones Industrial Average is outperforming its peers with a triple-digit gain, setting its sights on 22,000.

Additionally, expectations for the Federal Open Market Committee to adopt a less restrictive policy stance is amplifying the buoyant tone. The FOMC concludes their two-day policy meeting at 2:00 pm ET.
