Augyva Mining Resources Returns to TSXV Trade Tomorrow; CEO, CFO Step Down

Augyva Mining Resources Inc (AUV.V) tomorrow will return to TSX Venture Exchange trading for the first time since Sept. 7, after the British Columbia Securities Commission and the exchange late yesterday lifted a halt on the company's shares.

Regulators suspended Augyva after the exploration company failed to file interim reports on time. Those reports were filed on Monday, the company said.

Augyva also said CEO Georges-Yvan Gagnon and Lynda Paulin, chief financial officer, have resigned their positions with board chairman Peter Jones agreeing to serve as interim CEO during the search process. The Augyva board also is starting a strategic review of its assets, including its 35% stake in the Duncan Lake iron ore project in Quebec.
