Aspen Aerogels, which manufactures high-performance aerogel insulation used in energy facilities, raised $83 million by offering 7.5 million shares (vs. 6.7 million originally planned) at $11, well below the $14 to $16 range. Aspen Aerogels plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol ASPN. Barclays, J.P. Morgan and Citi acted as joint bookrunners on the deal.
