Arista Networks, which sells switches and software solutions for next-generation enterprise data centers, raised $226 million by offering 5.3 million shares at $43, well above the range of $36 to $40. Arista Networks plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol ANET. Arista Networks initially filed confidentially on 1/31/2014. Morgan Stanley, Citi, BofA Merrill Lynch, Barclays, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank and RBC Capital acted as joint bookrunners on the deal.
