Anglo Aluminum Gets Title Extension for Koba Koumbia, Renewal for Mamou-Dalaba Bauxite Interests

Anglo Aluminum Corp. (ALU.V) announced that the Minister of Mines and Geology of the Republic of Guinea, West Africa, has granted a one year extension to the Koba Koumbia permit held by Anglo's 51% owned subsidiary Amig Navasota Mining International SARL. The permit, comprising 2 licences covering 536 square kilometres, is now in good standing until December 26, 2013.

In addition, on December 24, 2012, the Minister of Mines and Geology of the Republic of Guinea also granted Anglo's wholly-owned subsidiary, Societe Guineenne de Fer et de Bauxite, the first renewal for its Mamou-Dalaba permit valid for a period of 2 years.

ALU is unchanged at 4 cents.
