Gladstone Investment ( GAIN ), a closed-end, non-diversified management investment company, has been upgraded by analysts at Wedbush Morgan to an outperform rating from neutral. The firm's 12-month price target on the stock remains $11.

"The sell-off in GAIN's shares from its recent, post earnings high, has created an attractive entry point for investors and the potential of a total return (regular dividend yield + potential gains in share value) of 22%," said Wedbush in a note to clients. "Trends in investment value have been positive in recent quarters and the shares sell below the company's current book value or net asset value ( NAV ) of $10.37 per share."
