Alphamin Resources Closes Acquisition o Tin Project in DRC

Alphamin Resources Corp (AFM.V) has closed on its acquisition of a 70 percent stake in the Bisie tin project in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, issuing 14 million of its shares to privately held Kivu Resources Ltd. According to Alphamin, Bisie contains two discrete chutes of high-grade ore with grades within the chutes ranging from 70 percent to 90 percent tin dioxide and concentrations of about 50 percent tin dioxide in thinner veins. Quantities of rare-earth elements, notably rhabdophane, also have been detected.
