Adena Friedman and Nasdaq Boardvantage Clients Honored Among NACD Directorship 100
Each year, NACD Directorship, the magazine published by the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), recognizes the most influential directors who serve as role models in promoting exemplary board leadership, oversight and courage in the boardroom. The boardroom community is brought together to celebrate theses honorees and award winners at the NACD Directorship 100™ Gala in New York City.
Nasdaq’s President, CEO and board member, Adena Friedman, was recognized as a 2018 honoree on the “NACD Directorship 100: Governance Professionals and Institutions.” Ms. Friedman also sits on the board at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. She was recently elected as a Class B director representing Group 2 which consists of banks with capital and surplus between $40 million and $2 billion.
In addition, Nasdaq Governance Solutions would like to congratulate its clients who are honorees on the lists of “NACD Directorship 100: Directors” and “NACD Directorship 100: Governance Professionals and Institutions.”
Congratulations again on your achievements and standing out as leaders who impact boardroom practices and performance.
