OppenheimerFunds is a subsidiary of MassMutual, which is one of the leading asset managers with more than $600 billion assets under management along with its affiliates. OppenheimerFunds was founded in 1959, and has over 2,000 employees and 170 investment professionals serving clients, including financial advisors, individual investors and institutional investors, across 77 countries. Oppenheimer Global Opportunities Y OGIYX primarily invests in a wide range of domestic and foreign equity securities. OGIYX focuses on acquiring stocks but may also purchase debt securities. The fund may invest around one-fourth of its assets in securities that are rated lower than investment-grade or "junk bonds." Moreover, OGIYX may invest in developing or emerging countries. It may invest in small- and mid-cap companies. Oppenheimer Global Opportunities Y has one-year annualized returns of 48.2%.

OGIYX has an expense ratio of 0.91% compared with the category average of 1.38%.

Oppenheimer International Bond YOIBYX seeks a high level of returns. The fund invests a bulk of its assets in debt securities issued by companies that are based in developed and emerging markets. OIBYX may invest in more than three countries, excluding the United States. Oppenheimer International Bond Y has returned 10.5% in the last one-year period.

As of January 2018, OIBYX held 622 issues, with 3.04% of its assets invested in International Bond (Cayman).

Oppenheimer International Small-Mid Company AOSMAX invests a large chunk of its assets in equity securities of mid- and small-cap companies. The fund manager focuses on investing in those companies that are included on the MSCI All Country World (ACWI) ex-U.S. SMID Index. OSMAX seeks growth of capital. Oppenheimer International Small-Mid Company A has one-year annualized returns of 30.2%.
