Time Warner (NYSE: TWX) recently scored a big hit with the success of WonderWoman , and it has big plans for its DC Extended Universe (DCEU) film franchise. With at least 16 movie projects in the works and the massive merchandising potential surrounding its famous superheroes and villains, the DCEU is the company's most valuable film franchise. It's possible that not all of these projects will make it to theaters or that those with release dates will be moved around, but the company clearly sees huge potential in bringing its comic-book properties to the big screen.
