Wednesday's ETF with Unusual Volume: IEZ

The iShares U.S. Oil Equipment & Services ETF ( IEZ ) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Wednesday, with over 2.0 million shares traded versus three month average volume of about 70,000. Shares of IEZ were up about 3.3% on the day.

Components of that ETF with the highest volume on Wednesday were Transocean ( RIG ), trading up about 4.8% with over 9.0 million shares changing hands so far this session, and Nabors Industries ( NBR ), up about 4.7% on volume of over 8.6 million shares. Ensco ( ESV ) is the component faring the best Wednesday, up by about 6.8% on the day, while C&J Energy Services ( CJ ) is lagging other components of the iShares U.S. Oil Equipment & Services ETF, trading higher by about 1.6%.
