Wednesday's ETF with Unusual Volume: IEZ

The iShares U.S. Oil Equipment & Services ETF ( IEZ ) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Wednesday, with over 1.3 million shares traded versus three month average volume of about 87,000. Shares of IEZ were up about 2.1% on the day.

Components of that ETF with the highest volume on Wednesday were Weatherford International ( WFT ), trading up about 4.5% with over 11.4 million shares changing hands so far this session, and Transocean ( RIG ), up about 3.1% on volume of over 8.0 million shares. Noble ( NE ) is the component faring the best Wednesday, higher by about 7% on the day, while Propetro Holding ( PUMP ) is lagging other components of the iShares U.S. Oil Equipment & Services ETF, trading lower by about 0.3%.
