Wednesday's ETF with Unusual Volume: GWL

The SPDR S&P World ex-US ETF ( GWL ) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Wednesday, with over 883,000 shares traded versus three month average volume of about 271,000. Shares of GWL were up about 0.2% on the day.

Components of that ETF with the highest volume on Wednesday were Teva Pharmaceutical Industries ( TEVA ), trading down about 0.5% with over 5.4 million shares changing hands so far this session, and Exxon Mobil ( XOM ), up about 0.5% on volume of over 4.7 million shares. Iamgold (IMG.CA) is the component faring the best Wednesday, up by about 9.4% on the day, while Yellow Pages (Y.CA) is lagging other components of the SPDR S&P World ex-US ETF, trading lower by about 24.9%.
