There are no IPOs scheduled for the week of December 17, as bankers and investors go on vacation.

Nasdaq-listed Mercantil Bank may complete a public offering. Street research is expected for Chinese auto play TuanChe ( TC ). A number of lock-ups are also expiring this week ( calendar available on IPO Pro ). And we may see a few initial filings trickle in, as companies prepare to kick off the 2019 IPO market.
