Tuesday 11/15 Insider Buying Report: PRGX, LGF

As the saying goes, there are many possible reasons for an insider to sell a stock, but only one reason to buy -- they expect to make money. So let's look at two noteworthy recent insider buys.

On Monday, PRGX Global ( PRGX )'s Director, Matthew A. Drapkin, made a $1M purchase of PRGX, buying 200,000 shares at a cost of $5.00 a piece. Drapkin was up about 4.0% on the buy at the high point of today's trading session, with PRGX trading as high as $5.20 at last check today. PRGX Global is trading up about 1% on the day Tuesday.

And on Thursday, Director Gordon Crawford bought $921,600 worth of Lions Gate Entertainment Corp. ( LGF ), buying 40,000 shares at a cost of $23.04 each. Before this latest buy, Crawford made one other purchase in the past twelve months, buying $1.09M shares at a cost of $21.70 a piece. Lions Gate Entertainment Corp. is trading up about 0.1% on the day Tuesday. So far Crawford is in the green, up about 4.2% on their buy based on today's trading high of $24.00.
