The TSX is down 67 points this morning in a broad decline. Miners (+1.34%), and info tech (+0.50%) are the sole gainers.

The biggest decliners are energy (-1.10%) and utilities (-0.72%). Crude oil is now trading at US$58.59, down 1.18%.

Action Economics said the most recent bout of weakness in oil prices has come following a report from the International Energy Agency, forecasting that 2018 oil production growth could outstrip demand growth. U.S. shale will provide the lion's share of increased global output.
