TSX Down 21 Points on Mixed Sectors

The TSX is down 21 points this morning on mixed sectors. Healthcare (+1.97%) and miners (+1.01%) are big gainers,with info tech also building on previous days' gains. The sector is now up 1.06%.

The US Energy Information Administration will release weekly inventory data at 10.30 this morning. While the latest American Petroleum Institute (API) report showed U.S. crude inventories rose by 3.9 million barrels, higher than expected.

Crude oil is now at US$58.36, down 1.40%. The energy sector has slipped 0.48%.

Utillities are the biggest decliner, shedding 1.12%.
