Thursday's ETF with Unusual Volume: PRFZ

The PowerShares FTSE RAFI US 1500 Small-Mid Portfolio ETF ( PRFZ ) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Thursday, with over 158,000 shares traded versus three month average volume of about 26,000. Shares of PRFZ were down about 0.7% on the day.

Components of that ETF with the highest volume on Thursday were Advanced Micro Devices ( AMD ), trading up about 0.3% with over 67.6 million shares changing hands so far this session, and Tesla ( TSLA ), down about 5.1% on volume of over 13.3 million shares. Rentech ( RTK ) is the component faring the best Thursday, up by about 16.4% on the day, while North Atlantic Drilling ( NADL ) is lagging other components of the PowerShares FTSE RAFI US 1500 Small-Mid Portfolio ETF, trading lower by about 13%.
