Thursday's ETF with Unusual Volume: MOO

The Agribusiness ETF ( MOO ) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Thursday, with over 406,000 shares traded versus three month average volume of about 65,000. Shares of MOO were up about 0.6% on the day.

Components of that ETF with the highest volume on Thursday were Mosaic (the) ( MOS ), trading up about 0.9% with over 2.8 million shares changing hands so far this session, and Archer-Daniels-Midland ( ADM ), off about 0.4% on volume of over 1.5 million shares. Sociedad Quimica Y Minera ( SQM ) is the component faring the best Thursday, up by about 3.2% on the day, while Sanderson Farms ( SAFM ) is lagging other components of the Agribusiness ETF, trading lower by about 4.4%.
