Stocks moving on news include:

(+) Pivotal Software ( PVTL ), which was plunging more than 28% as its adjusted net loss narrowed to $0.03 per share in Q1 from $0.10 loss per share a year earlier, better than analysts' estimates of $0.05 loss per share in a Capital IQ poll. The company also issued downbeat guidance.

(-) Gamestop ( GME ) was declining more than 29% after the company reported fiscal Q1 sales that trailed analysts' estimates, while adjusted income beat expectations. Fiscal Q1 adjusted net income was $7.5 million or $0.07 per diluted share.

(+) Ambarella ( AMBA ) was advancing by more than 8% after the company surprised the market by reporting a profit in the fiscal first quarter and guided toward higher sales than expected in the next three months.
