Sprint's Unveils MultiLine Venture for Improved Businesses

United States national wireless carrier, Sprint Corp.S , is coming up with new ideas and solutions to help business enterprises improve their relation with employees and better serve their customers. Sprint recently unveiled its Sprint MultiLine, an enterprise-grade solution within its Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) portfolio. Sprint MultiLine delivers a solution that allows businesses to add a company-owned number to their employees' personal phones for calling and texting on any mobile device and on any underlying carrier.

This will aid large enterprises as well as small and medium size businesses (SMB) to overcome challenges in the ever-growing BYOD environment. Further, Sprint offers unmatched flexibility and simplicity of a second line service, allowing businesses to own the number, ensure compliance and manage costs, while allowing employees to carry one phone. This will enable the employess to keep their work and personal communications completely separate.

Demand for BYOD is expected to grow heavily in the coming years. According to media company, IDC's (International Data Corporation) Enterprise Mobility Update from June, 2017, 91% of enterprise IT decision makers claimed their companies' compliance with BYOD programs. 65% of these companies further claimed to have experienced savings as a result of implementing an employee liable device program.
