Moog Starts Paying Cash Dividend

Moog ( MOG.A ) ( MOG.B ), an aerospace and defence company, said after markets closed on Thursday that it has initiated a dividend program under which Moog will pay a regular quarterly cash dividend to shareholders of its class A and class B stock.

In connection with the dividend program, the company declared a $0.25 per share dividend on each of the company's issued and outstanding shares of class A common stock and class B common stock.

The dividend will be paid on June 1, to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 15.

This marks the first time since 1988 that Moog has paid a cash dividend on common shares.
