Live music streaming platform M17 Entertainment files for a $115 million IPO

M17 Entertainment, a Taiwan-based live music streaming platform, filed on Friday with the SEC to raise up to $115 million in an initial public offering.

The Taiwan-based company was founded in 2013 and booked $116 million in sales for the 12 months ended March 31, 2018. It plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol YQ. Citi and Deutsche Bank are the joint bookrunners on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
