Friday's ETF with Unusual Volume: IUSG

The iShares Core S&P U.S. Growth ETF ( IUSG ) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Friday, with over 3.8 million shares traded versus three month average volume of about 544,000. Shares of IUSG were down about 0.2% on the day.

Components of that ETF with the highest volume on Friday were Advanced Micro Devices ( AMD ), trading off about 3% with over 58.9 million shares changing hands so far this session, and Chesapeake Energy ( CHK ), down about 4.4% on volume of over 36.7 million shares. Louisiana-Pacific ( LPX ) is the component faring the best Friday, up by about 3.4% on the day, while Ensco Rowan ( ESV ) is lagging other components of the iShares Core S&P U.S. Growth ETF, trading lower by about 8.3%.
