In other sector news:

(=) American Equity Investment Life ( AEL ) was flat after it announced an annual cash dividend of $0.28 per share, up 8% from the previous annual distribution.

(=) EMC Insurance ( EMCI ) was unchanged after it received a proposal from Employers Mutual Casualty Company (EMCC) to acquire the remaining shares in the company it doesn't already own.
