(-) New Age Beverages ( NBEV ), which was tumbling by more than 21% after the company said it plans to sell shares in an underwritten public offering.

(-) Potbelly ( PBPB ) was falling more than 13% in after the company reported financial results for its fiscal Q3, with earnings and revenue falling short of analysts' expectations; it also provided earnings guidance for fiscal 2018 below Street forecasts.

(+) Revlon ( REV ) was up more than 12% as it swung to a Q3 adjusted profit of $0.14 per share from a loss of $0.38 per share in the same period a year ago. Capital IQ provided a single estimate for a loss of $0.40 per share.
