Stocks moving on news include:

(+) Vera Bradley ( VRA ), which was gaining more than 9% in value as i t report ed fiscal Q4 results that topped Wall Street expectations. EPS was $0.25 for the three months ended Feb. 2, surpassing the $0.24 average estimate of analysts surveyed by Capital IQ.

(-) Express ( EXPR ) was down more than 12% as the retailer beat Q4 earnings estimates but reported lower-than-expected sales and provided a Q1 forecast that was worse than expected. The company reported fiscal Q4 adjusted earnings of $0.19 per share.

(-) Pinduoduo ( PDD ) was declining more than 10% after reporting non-GAAP basic and diluted net loss per ADS of RMB1.72 ($0.24), compared with non-GAAP basic and diluted ne t earnings per ADS of RMB0.04 in the same quarter of 2017, falling under the $0.21 consensus loss per ADS estimate from Capital IQ. Shares were down almost 7% in pre-bell trading.
