Chinese lending marketplace Jiayin Group prices IPO at $10.50 low end

Jiayin Group, a Chinese online lending marketplace, raised $37 million by offering 3.5 million ADSs at $10.50, the low end of the range of $10.50 to $12.50. Outside investors had indicated an interest in purchasing up to $43 million of the IPO (117% of deal covered at pricing).

Jiayin Group plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol JFIN. Roth Capital and Shenwan Hongyuan Securities acted as lead managers on the deal.
