Central Puerto prices IPO at $16.50, below the range

Central Puerto, the largest private sector power producer in Argentina, raised $330 million by offering 20 million shares at $16.50, below the range of $17.50 to $21.50. Central Puerto plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol CEPU. BofA Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley acted as lead managers on the deal.
