Blank check Crescent Acquisition prices $250 million IPO at $10

Crescent Acquisition, a blank check company formed by Crescent Capital, raised $250 million by offering 25 million units at $10.

Each unit consists of one share of Class A common stock and one-half of one redeemable warrant; whole warrants are redeemable at $11.50 per share.

Crescent Acquisition plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol CRSAU. Credit Suisse and BofA Merrill Lynch acted as lead managers on the deal.
