Auto loan intermediary To Prosperity Technology files for an $8 million US IPO

To Prosperity Technology, which provides auto loan services for ridesharing drivers in Sichuan, China, filed on Friday with the SEC to raise up to $8 million in an initial public offering.

The Sichuan, China-based company was founded in 2014 and booked $1 million in sales for the 12 months ended December 31, 2018. It plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol BCHT. The company has not selected underwriters and no pricing terms were disclosed.
