TheStreet (TST) will visit the NASDAQ MarketSite in New York City's Times Square to introduce its new graphic identity, corporate logo, ticker symbol and corporate web address:
TheStreet is a leading digital financial media company currently producing over 3,000 original articles and 500 videos a month, including regular reports from the NASDAQ MarketSite.
The company's ticker symbol will change from "TSCM" to "TST" on The NASDAQ Stock Market. Additionally, at the next Annual Stockholder's meeting, the Company will seek approval to change its official corporate name to TheStreet, Inc. TheStreet's new brand elements convey a stronger, more distinctive identity for the Company. The graphic system will be implemented over time across the full collection of the Company's digital financial media properties, including TheStreet, RealMoney, Stockpickr, Action Alerts PLUS, Options Profits, ETF Profits, MainStreet and Rate-Watch.
In honor of the occasion and to commemorate the corporate rebranding, Daryl R. Otte, Chief Executive Officer of TheStreet (TST) will ring NASDAQ Closing Bell.
