Texas Instruments Incorporated [TXN], one of the world's largest semiconductor companies and a leader in analog and embedded processing technologies, will visit the NASDAQ MarketSite in Times Square to celebrate its recent listings transfer to The NASDAQ Stock Market, which became effective on January 3, 2012. Texas Instruments was added to the NASDAQ-100 Index® (Nasdaq:NDX) and the NASDAQ-100 Equal Weighted Index (Nasdaq:NDXE) prior to market open on Monday, April 23, 2012.
