What:

Texas Capital Bancshares, Inc. [TCBI], the parent company of Texas Capital Bank, a commercial bank that delivers highly personalized financial services to businesses and individuals, will visit the NASDAQ MarketSite in Times Square in celebration of its 10 year anniversary as a publicly traded company.

In honor of the occasion, George F. Jones, Jr. CEO, TCBI and Vice Chairman, Texas Capital Bank will ring the Opening Bell. Joining Mr. Jones will be, Keith Cargill, Chief Operating Officer, TCBI and President and CEO, Texas Capital Bank, Vince Ackerson, Texas President and Chief Lending Officer, Texas Capital Bank.
