Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange Chief Executive Officer to Ring the NASDAQ Stock Market Opening Bell




Ester Levanon, Chief Executive Officer of the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange, will visit NASDAQ MarketSite in Times Square and preside over the opening bell.

The TASE-NASDAQ Biomed Conference will be held at NASDAQ MarketSite in Times Square on December 6, 2010. Presenting at the conference are 14 Israeli Biomed companies listed on TASE and NASDAQ. There are more than 50 Biomed companies listed on TASE with a market cap of $4 billion.

As of Dec. 1, 2010, NASDAQ lists 58 Israeli companies with a total market cap of $69.8 billion (US$).
