Sears Holdings Corporation (SHLD) and The American Legion to Pay Tribute to Veterans at NASDAQ MarketSite in Times Square

What: 

David Works, SVP, President Talent & Human Capital Services and Navy Veteran, Sears Holdings along with Fang Wong, National Commander, American Legion will preside over the NASDAQ opening bell on November 11 to celebrate our military heroes this Veterans Day. Works and Wong will also be joined by country star and U.S. Marine Corps Veteran Josh Gracin and American Legion representatives:

• Dick Pedro, New York Department Adjutant
• Jake Comer, Past National Commander
• Ron Conley, Past National Commander
• Bob Morrill, Chairman of the National Public Relations Commission

Prior to the opening bell ceremony, Gracin will perform his single "Can't Say Goodbye" which reflects a young war widow's story and is dedicated to our nation's troops.

Following the opening bell, Gracin will join NASDAQ QMX and Cooking with the Troops, a charity that supports U.S. and Allied troops, their families, and caregivers worldwide, to host an event honoring the United States Veterans. The event will include cooking demonstrations from celebrity chefs and NASDAQ-listed companies.
