What:

Rockville Financial, Inc. [RCKB], parent company of Rockville Bank, a 21-branch community bank serving Tolland, Hartford, and New London counties; and a commercial banking office serving New Haven county and surrounding areas in Connecticut, will visit the NASDAQ MarketSite in Times Square to celebrate the one-year anniversary of the community bank's becoming a fully public-owned company.
