What: 

PennTex Midstream Partners, LP (Nasdaq:PTXP), a Houston-based midstream energy company, will visit the Nasdaq MarketSite in Times Square in celebration of its initial public offering (IPO) which will occur today, June 4th.

In honor of the occasion, Thomas F. Karam, Chief Executive Officer, will ring the Closing Bell.  Mr. Karam will be accompanied by the PTXP Executive Officer Team.
