OMX, preliminary announcement regarding initial public offering

On 9 February 2005, the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finanstilsynet), pursuant to section 26a in the Securities Trading Act, decided that the shares in OMX can be listed on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange. As a consequence, OMX will be listed on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange with effect from 16 February 2005 in the ISIN code, SE0000110165, OMX. The new shares have been registered in Patent- och Registreringsverket in Sweden.
