OMX, OMX acquires shares in Oslo Børs

OMX has acquired a 10 percent stake in Oslo Børs Holding ASA, the Norwegian stock exchange. The total consideration paid for the 500,000 shares is SEK 287,5 million. “The acquisition of this stake in Oslo Børs is an attractive investment opportunity for OMX. We know the company well through the Nordic cooperation and look forward to continuing to develop our close working relationship in the future” said Magnus Böcker, CEO of OMX.
