OMX, court verdict regarding NLK tax dispute

Court verdict regarding NLK tax dispute NLK, an OMX associated company that leases machines and equipment, has been in a tax dispute regarding deduction for loss relating to the fiscal year 2000. The administrative court of appeal in Sweden has just issued a decision on the case, which was negative for NLK. The verdict gives rise to increased tax expenses of approximately SEK 70 million plus interest for OMX, which will be expensed during the second quarter 2005.
