OMHEX warrant program

OMHEX warrant program As resolved by the Extraordinary General Meeting on August 18, 2003, OMHEX has offered a warrant program to approximately 120 key employees. Of a total of 1 150 000 warrants, which entitle to subscription for in total 1 150 000 new shares in OMHEX, 308 000 have been subscribed to. According to the terms of the warrant program, the subscription price is set at SEK 138.50 and the subscription period is from July-September, 2006. Handelsbanken has, according to market valuation, set the price per warrant to SEK 7.80. Out of 120 employees, 67 have chosen to participate.
