OM strengthens business support functions

OM strengthens business support functions As a part of OM’s ongoing organizational change process, OM’s central business support functions are being organized into three units: Finance, Marketing & Communications and Staff Functions. The changes aim to take better advantage of organizational synergy effects and support Stockholmsbörsen and OM Technology more effectively. Pernilla Gladh has been appointed to head the Staff Functions unit, within which Human Resources, Legal, Premises and Group Security are gathered. Pernilla Gladh is also, since previously, head of Human Resources at OM, a role she will continue. A new unit Marketing & Communications has been formed, in which the marketing, information and investor relations units are gathered. Bo Svefors has been appointed head of this unit. Bo Svefors was most recently an independent consultant. Bo is a member of the Board of Directors of Orc Software, which he will now leave. Per Nordberg, CFO, continues to be responsible for Finance, which includes Treasury, Accounting, Business Control, Internal Audit and Risk Control.
