Stockholm, June 12, 2015 — Nasdaq (Nasdaq: NDAQ) announces that the trading in Nilörngruppens AB’s preference shares (short name: NIL B) commenced today on Nasdaq First North in Stockholm. Nilörngruppen belongs to the Consumer Goods sector and is the 47th company to be admitted to trading on Nasdaq’s Nordic markets* in 2015. Nilörngruppen will be traded in Nasdaq First North’s Premier segment where companies commit to follow the disclosure rules of Nasdaq Nordic’s main markets.
